Random Safety Tip

Febrile Seizures Childcare Tips

When a small childs body temperature raises quickly it can cause a febrile seizure.

Hold the back of the head to prevent the child from hurting their head during the seizure.

After the seizure check the child for alertness and vomiting. Call 911.

Infant CPR-First Aid Class

Expecting, new and second-time parents

Dedicated to accident and emergency prevention, fast recognition and effective response for 0-12 month old newborn infants. Our Infant CPR-First Aid classes are highly recommended by Pediatricians and Obstetricians.

Child CPR-First Aid Class

Toddler and kindergarten-age parents

Dedicated to accident and emergency prevention, fast recognition and effective response for 1-8 years old children. You can have your eyes on a child everyday but accidents are inevitable. Children play alot and they have accidents often.

Pediatric CPR-First Aid Class

Parents of both an infant and child

Unlike an infant or child class, which dedicate time toward the safety of one age group, pediatric CPR-First Aid classes review safety for both age groups. Combines infant (0-12 months) and child (1-8 years) emergency skills.

Pediatric First Aid & CPR Certification Class

Nursery teachers, camps, playgroups & other child care providers

Certifies you in infant (0-12 months) and child (1-8 years) emergency skills. Get certified at your facility 7 days a week during mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends or holidays.

BLS for Healthcare Providers with AED Certification Class

Physicians, nurses, technicians and other healthcare professionals

Certifies you in pediatric and adult BLS with AED (all ages). Attended by more advanced professionals in the healthcare field such as doctors, nurses and lifeguards.

Adult CPR with AED Certification Class

Employers, aides, security, lifeguards, trainers, and others

Certifies you in adult CPR (9 years old and older). Help elders, teenagers and/or middle-age injured victims during accidents and emergencies (9 years and older).

Non-certification classes for parents, grandparents, babysitters and friends

If you're a parent in New York or New Jersey, you may be concerned about accidents, the #1 killer of infants and children. We teach emergency skills based on the safety needs of your family, often the age of a child(ren). For example, if a child or infant on your watch began choking on a foreign object such as a bottle top, knowing heimlich maneuver and rescue breathing can save their life. What's more important than being able to save a loved one? Our family CPR-First Aid class will teach emergency skills to your family and friends in a few comfortable hours.
