Be Safe, Not Sorry

We've compiled the top 5 reasons our CPR-First Aid training is valuable to individuals and organizations.

See our testimonials as well.

1. Knowing you're prepared

Class participants feel confidence after just a few hours of CPR-First Aid training. However, the best part of teaching CPR and First Aid has been hearing from class participants months or years later after they successfully helped a child, spouse, siblings, parents, other family, friends, co-workers, or even a stranger as a good samaritain. Whether at your home or a workplace, learn how to prevent, recognize and treat injured victims who are choking, suffering head injuries, severely bleeding plus other frequent home and workplace accidents.

2. Be confident the first time

Accidents are never planned. During emergencies, CPR-First Aid training on mannequins prepares you for real-world cardiac emergency response. Students pair up and learn CPR until they are confident with the skills they have learned. Mannequins have disposable parts and students get a disposable face shield for sanitary training conditions.

3. Each second of CPR counts

According to EMS statistics, it takes 11 minutes on average in New York City for medical help to arrive. It takes 10 minutes before the human brain dies due to oxygen deprivation. According to AHA statistics, after 5 minutes irreversible brain damage occurs, but CPR extends precious time.

4. Excellent CPR and First Aid instructors

Our CPR-First Aid training instructors are American Red Cross, American Heart Assocation and EMS Safety certified. Additionally, learn from our CPR-First Aid training instructors real-world experience as parents, paramedics, firefighters and schoolteachers.

5. Convenient Class Scheduling

In addition to non-certification CPR-First Aid training for parents (protect the friends & family), we provide CPR-First Aid training for organizations (protect the workplace, certification & recertification). We teach mornings, afternoons and evenings. Private classes can be taught at homes and offices, or Group classes are available at several easily accessible New York community locations. Learn in a comfortable familiar setting or as part of a larger group. You may include Pediatric CPR, Adult CPR with AED and/or First Aid with any of our CPR classes.
